Kirill Tatarinov brings two day visit to Pulse and More Dynamics

June 2 and 3 2009 Kirill Tatarinov, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Business Solutions visited our company.

During his Partner Keynote at the EMEA Convergence 2008 in Copenhagen Kirill Tatarinov announced the ‘Walk the Mile’ initiative; walk a mile in the shoes of a partner. So Kirill, amongst others, volunteered to go spend a full day with a partner somewhere in the world. We participated in the initiative by dropping our business card into a fishbowl and were extremely surprised and honored that our card was actually pulled out.

Dutch hospitality
With complete freedom to define a program for Kirill and his assistant Denise, we decided to go for typical ‘Dutch hospitality’ and share with our guests the fun that we experience every day in the way we do business. During the visit we had very interesting discussions about Microsoft Business Solutions’ strategy around ISV solutions like AXtension™. A nice dinner with Kirill, Denise and our board was a perfect way to informally interact, exchange views and get to know each other better. A visit to one of our international accounts, who works with Dynamics AX completed with AXtension™ solutions, was a valuable reference case for Kirill and Denise and a great way to conclude the ‘Walk a Mile’ experience.

Our goal was to let Kirill experience our passion and our values: quality, professionalism, teamwork and fun. By having a customer share his experience, combined with good team discussions, informal interaction and a nice dinner, we got to know and value each other. Thank you Kirill and Denise for this great experience!
